The transit time required for your order to travel from our shipping center to your delivery address
Estimated delivery times for major destinations:

USA / Canada / Australia: 6–10 business days
Peak Season / Holiday Delivery:

During busy periods (Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day, etc.), delivery may take up to 10–15 business days.

Delivery times do not include delays caused by customs clearance, local couriers, or external factors beyond our control.

International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on the destination country.
Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package in real time until it is delivered.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders

If your order tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local courier service first, as they are responsible once delivery is confirmed.

If your package tracking shows no movement for an extended period or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@stridetrue.com .

After verification, we may offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
