StrideTrue Shipping Policy

At StrideTrue, we are dedicated to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for every order. We deliver worldwide and make sure your package is handled with care from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery process has two separate stages:

Processing Time (24–72 hours):

  • Order confirmation and verification

  • Quality inspection of products

  • Secure packaging and dispatch preparation

Please note: Processing time is not included in the delivery timeframe.

Delivery Time (Approx. 6–10 Business Days):

  • The transit time required for your order to travel from our shipping center to your delivery address

Estimated delivery times for major destinations:

  • USA / Canada / Australia: 6–10 business days

Peak Season / Holiday Delivery:

  • During busy periods (Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day, etc.), delivery may take up to 10–15 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times do not include delays caused by customs clearance, local couriers, or external factors beyond our control.

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (with tracking): Free on all orders

  • No hidden fees will be charged at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package in real time until it is delivered.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders

  • If your order tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local courier service first, as they are responsible once delivery is confirmed.

  • If your package tracking shows no movement for an extended period or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@stridetrue.com .

    • After verification, we may offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on availability.

  • Please note: StrideTrue is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Our team begins processing and packaging immediately to ensure fast dispatch.
