How long does shipping take?

What if I lost my order number? Can I still track my package?

I placed an order but haven’t received a tracking number yet. Is that normal?
Yes. Tracking numbers are usually generated within 24–72 hours after your order is processed. Please check your email (including spam folder).
My tracking link doesn’t work or shows no updates. What should I do?
A: Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the label is created. If it still shows no movement after 5 days, contact our support team.
My order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors, your mailbox, or local courier office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
